This is currently the best book on blackjack learn to play blackjack in my opinion. Although it was originally written in the 1970 this is the book I always carry with me in all my travels of gambling. Contains a basic strategy for single and multiple decks. There is also a more powerful and less simple strategy for counting cards for single and multiple decks with differences to the dealer hitting soft 17 and stand on soft 17.
If you really want to win at blackjack this is the book that is a necessity. Once you become a card counter that domain will have to know how to win with whom asked not to play. Wong devotes a chapter on how to win with that cast. There is an excellent chapter explaining the long-term risk and ruin and the amount of money needed to back depending on the amount to bet.
More betting is probably one of the main things that many players making them lose their bankroll. Wong explains in great detail.
I've seen other posts say you can bet 2 to 3% of your funds and you'll make lots of money fast. In real estate bets 1% lesson their chances of going broke. You can not win as quickly as if luck is with you, but remain in the game if your luck is heading south for a while.
Get this book if you are serious about winning.
